📦 Order Cancellation

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible so you receive your products without delay.

If you’d like to cancel your order, here’s how it works:

- If you request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order and it has not been fulfilled or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

- If your request comes after 12 hours but the order has not yet been fulfilled, we’ll do our best to cancel it.

- If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. In that case, you’re still fully covered by our 30-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee once it arrives.

This policy applies to all first-time Auralia customers.

🛡️ Why We Don’t Accept Physical Returns

Your safety matters more than anything.

Because these are consumable health products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold, even if unopened, due to safety and quality regulations

This ensures that every bottle shipped is always fresh, safe, and uncompromised.

📦 Damaged or Defective Orders

If anything arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

- Email support@auralia.com

- Include your order number + photos

We’ll replace it right away at no cost to you.

Please note: Minor outer packaging scuffs that don't affect the product bottle are normal during shipping.

We want you to feel fully supported — even though we can’t accept physical returns.

✔️ Use the product consistently for at least 3 weeks

Auralia's herbs work in stages.

The first days focus on gently clearing what doesn’t belong, the next phase helps calm and soothe the gut, and the final phase supports healthier digestion, mood, and balance.

Because this process happens gradually and without harsh purging, it can take at least 3 weeks of daily use to see the full benefits begin to show.

Just reach out within 30 days of your delivery date.

📌 Eligibility for the 90-Day Guarantee

To keep our guarantee fair and sustainable:

- Valid for first-time purchases only

- Does not apply to subscription renewals or recurring orders

- Does not cover upsells, add-ons, or promotional upgrades

🌿 What You’ll Receive

If you qualify for the guarantee, you will receive a refund for the value of your order, less $5 to help cover processing costs.

Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.

- Refunds apply to your first order only

- Refunds are limited to up to 2 kits

- Maximum eligible order value: $100

Note: Your refund amount equals the order value minus the $5 processing fee
